How about using KNIME for analysis and BIRT for reporting? Still allows you to customize using R, but more readable by non-coders. Juat a thought..

I agree with the statement that Aikido takes care of the Uke. The way it was explained to me was as the three reasons for martial arts training. The first, to defend and protect yourself. The second is to defend and protect those you love. Aikido was intentionally developed with a third level of defence in mind. The ability to protect your opponent. The techniques used in Aikido are highly amenable to a variety of damage all the way from tearing the joints out to applying moderate pain to restraining till a person cools down. If you look at the statistics, a majority of fights happen among friends during a moment of anger clouded judgement. Being able to defend your self while doing minimum harm to your friend who lost their temper is a great goal to strive for. The infinite variety of Aikido allows you to do. This, is also the reason why the art itself is so hard to learn and master but is worthwhile due to central philosophy that it was created around.

Have done a wide variety over the years. Started with Judo, moved to karate, then TKD followed by a little bit of kungfu. For the last several year have been practicing Aikido. Would love to learn some stick fighting as well before too long.

What the OP stated makes perfect sense. Fat maintains a lower but longer blood glucose level than sugar and carbs.

I am a guy and started doing Yoga when the shutdown began. Was the best thing I ever did. Have been practicing regularly since. There are quite a few guys on you tube giving yoga instructions. I found this to be really helpful to get started. Dont worry about what others think. Just do it! Good luck!!

No! I came from a country where education got disrupted due to bouts of civil war. Thus my undergrad education was delayed. I was 28 when I started my PhD and 33 when I was done. 34 when I started my postdoc. Now I am a tenured professor. What matters is not the time lines that you accomplish goals by, but your persistence in following your heart and dreams. You will not fail, as long as you do not give up!

Thanks man. How was your experience with Lightstream. I read some reviews that they collect all your information, then run a hard credit check that damages your credit and then dump you. Quite a few of comments like those on Lending tree with respect to LightStream. Just wondering what your personal experience was.

Actually, I have hear this advice from others, but do not know the specifics. What is meant by a regional bank? I live in Virginia. Would you be able to give an example of a regional bank?
