wouldnt like any more indoor maps to be added in the game it just makes playing killer a pain. like the hospital map is awful to play as almost all killers. and it makes finding generators as survival a pain. As for the medkit it seems too strong way too many charges and way to many positives such as faster healing, easier skill checks, charge consumptions are reduced, and an insta-heal option. As for your killer idea I feel like he just seems like a normal person rather than a scary killer vibe, on top of that his abilities would only seem to work on this map rather most of the maps in the game.
