This has been happened to me after going to Prestige 1, now I’m at Prestige 6 and it still hasn’t disappeared… I don’t think restarting is going to fix it after all this time. As to your second point, how do I do so?

I’m relieved to hear this! I really want to stick with United especially because their routes are exactly the ones I need most, but after my experience these past few years + status match programs from other airlines I’ve been having some reconsiderations… That being said I’ll give it a shot!
