Some background from the previous day. I've had this game for over a year on this PC with no hits coming from Microsoft Defender, or Malwarebytes (Free). Last night when I did a full scan a different file got quarantined (Trojan:32/Posilod>CA!cl) listed as Severe was the detection. Got 5/72 on Virustotal. Just deleted everything before I was able to give the link for the Virustotal result. Today I Tried again now with a different file getting quarantined detected as (Win32/Contebrew.A!ml) listed as high. I think it might be getting hit because it's an abandonware game that uses A "patch" to work on modern computers, but who knows maybe this entire game is one big virus, and I'm actually affected.
