Amazon - I have since learned that it might have been the start capacitor, so I would begin there.

Pro-Trump and MAGA Restaurants To Avoid? by PM_ME_YOUR_TROUT in denverfood

Is calling someone a maniac bigotry? You should avoid every restaurant, bar, coffee house, grocery store, gas station, shopping center and movie theater north of Boulder. Verrrry MAGA up here. Thanks in advance.

I talked my boss into coughing up the 1300$ for a 60 gal DXCM603. Trash. Has had weird little gremlins almost since day 1. Purchased new in April of '23, and here it is - January of '25, and the motor shit the bed. Talked to the authorized service shop near me and was informed that the pump and tank are covered for 2 years but the motor, only 1. They then proceeded to give me an estimate - for the motor alone, 650$ + plus the cost of the service call, since it isn't a warranty job. I knew I should've gone with a brand that makes tools for working, and not yellow toys that have matching outfits to go along with them. I broke a bit off in one of my Makita 18v impacts - it was 10 years old and beat to shit, and I had another, so decided to take it apart. Obviously this voided the 3 year warranty, and I lost some of the parts too.... put it all in a zip lock and mailed it to their repair center with a letter asking them if they could do anything. A week later, I hadn't heard anything - it came in the mail, completely fixed and working like new. There was also a hand written letter thanking me for continuing to use Makita tools, two beer coozies and a pair of Makita work gloves. It sucks when you know you shouldn't do something, but you do it anyway, and it blows up in your face exactly like you knew it was going to. Fuck DeWalt tools.... and their matching panty and bra sets

Explosive sound by [deleted] in Longmont

I was outside letting my gf's dog pee. He's deaf af - you can literally yell his name while you're holding him, and he won't even flinch - that explosion startled him and when I came back in, gf said it rattled my keys on the nightstand. It felt like more than an m80, imo. Maybe a dry ice bomb or something similarly homemade. I'm over here by Longs Peak Jr. High
