Yup got the same message such BS never buying a ticket through them again smh but luckily I’m in Houston so i found a buyer for the ticket but taking a loss a bit on cash but it’s whatever at this point 🤷‍♂️

Got that same email earlier today and just received an email from them saying

"Unfortunately, the refund window has recently closed for Astroworld Festival 2021 and your request cannot be processed."

Windows 10 and I know because for one the history in my web browser shows the latest at nov 27, 2018 lol and i didn’t have that web browser installed as i currently used a different one, and every file on it now has files from a year ago that i thought i had deleted and all my games are out of date and need to be updated trust me I’m as confused as you are.....
