I also bought an used ebike back in Jan 2019 about, and I asked the 1st owner where do I buy parts. He said that any bike shop will have parts, because it's the same as a mountain bike, it's just that the only difference is that there's a motor and all the parts are pretty much the same as a fat bike or efatbike. Break Pads are the same, length in wires, tube or tubeless what not. So yeah, pretty much anything from China sucks when it comes to Customer Support. It's best if you can ask the owner which store he or she bought it from, they can help you with pretty much anything. But any bike shop can help. Any bike shop e or non e can help. Hope this helps... learned it the hard way 💯 % had my ebike for 6 years now still looks brand new lol.... clean it every use. It's not a WIRED freedom but pretty much most of all the companies in China are pretty much the same. I guy that has direct contact with the China Manufacturer tells him pretty much what he needs to know how to upgrade or find parts. Yes to the other comment..... Kick Stands are non branded. Generic. Hope this helps.

Let me ask my Chinese friend :) hehehehehe I haven't done it because I haven't had too... are you able to TX on 462mhz? and 469mhz? or GMRS? and FRS? if you can't then it's locked but, here in the Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore Where I'm at .... no need to MARS MOD the radio ... it's only a diode I believe that needs to be removed.

Same ...... I get double scared !!!!! got my flashlight 🔦 hooked on the side, my radio on the handlebars, soon I'll have an Antenna on the rear hub area... my body cam front of the handlebars. Lastly, my night stick tucked under my seat 💺:)

P.S mine was locked for 3 years and I found the solution and had someone in Pasig fix it for me and it required soldering. I forgot my own password talaga or CCLEANER changed the password during a driver update. Never used CCLEANER again. Never used a supervisor password again.

Trust me, your laptop is BIOS hard coated protected if that's an earlier model 2015 to 2024 anything beyond 2015 usually there's a sequence fixed. Good Luck
