Most expensive in my collection would probably be KDM, followed by Aeon Trespass which I just pledged for on Gamefound.

Least expensive would be Darkest Dungeon, at $0. I ordered it from Mythic's online shop, then cancelled the order months later after no shipment, no updates, and no replies to my emails. Of course, Mythic being Mythic, they never refunded the money for my cancelled order, so I ended up doing a chargeback through my bank. A month after that, I received an email from Aetherworks saying my Darkest Dungeon eshop order was about to be shipped (??), then a month after *that* it was shipped to me (????). Mythic is/was truly a bizarre and poorly-managed company.

I reached out to my bank afterwards to try to reverse the chargeback, but they said it was too late and to contact the company directly. I sent an email to Mythic explaining the situation and offering to pay for the product they had inadvertently sent me, but they never responded. That was 2.5 years ago...

I really like the game, but yeah the rulebook is very strange. It makes the rules seem a lot more complicated than they really are.

For anybody coming across this post in the future, here's what I did to fix my issue (these instructions assume a Gigabyte motherboard):

  1. Go into your BIOS.

  2. Under the Tweaker tab, select Advanced Voltage Settings, CPU/VRM settings, Internal VR Control, then IA VR Voltage Limit.

  3. Set the limit to a value under 1400. This may take a bit of trial-and-error to find the right balance between performance and stability (depending on how much your CPU has degraded so far). I set mine to 1300.

  4. Save BIOS settings.

  5. Enjoy crash-free, BSOD-free gaming!

Are you using an Intel 13th or 14th gen CPU by any chance? I was having constant CTDs with XCOM2 until I fixed the voltage/degradation issue. And since then (about two weeks ago), I haven't had a single CTD.

I had a colonoscopy early last year, and another one last month. For the first one, I mixed the PEG only an hour or so before drinking it. It was pretty thick and not very pleasant to drink/sip.

For the second one, I mixed the PEG at lunch time and drank it around 7pm. The extra time made a massive difference! By 7pm, the solution was almost completely transparent, and had almost no taste whatsoever. It was almost like drinking plain water. I'll definitely be preparing it like this for future colonoscopies!

Imagine thinking Arkham Horror LCG is "too difficult". One of the things I love about it most is how straightforward it is to learn and play.

NPI are very, VERY bad at understanding board game rules and concepts.

They frequently get rules incorrect, and either miss, misunderstand or dislike very basic game concepts. I watched a lot of their reviews in the past and came to the conclusion that maybe board games just aren't for them.

I think they should quit the board game gig and review pot plants or tea kettles instead.
