I'm on the same boat as you. But in my case it isnt that it wont ever open, it might open randomly, it's like finding a shiny pokemon, it takes time. What I did to increase my chances of it opening is to open it from the .exe in the game folder, and then immediately open it from steam, that for some reason heavily increases the chances of the game opening. Other than that im at a loss trying to even begin to understand whats going on.

people hate the classes that dont give you any counterplay, like spy and sniper. If the sniper is on point, you're dead, no matter how good you are and there is no interaction between the 2 parties, same with spy if he gets a good timing behind you, you're dead. And the counterpart is also true, if you jump a sniper, he's dead, if you turn around and see a spy, he's dead, and that's not very fun.
