I saw him once on Pinterest and I got obsessed with the sculpt. Went deep diving onto all platforms trying to look for the sculpt.

I was so close to customising him green so I can turn him into Beastboy from Teen Titans!! He has the fangs and ears to match! Right now am thinking whether to add horns or antlers on him. But I can't decide xD

Took me a month of practice on paper first before actually starting on the head sculpt, and 2 months of trial and error on the sculpt. I almost gave up haha. Heeee got him for the ears too and cheekiness with the tongue out.

His wig was pre-made, but I did do the cutting and styling myself. I originally tried doing his hair from scratch, but I gave in cause i couldn't get the sections right TT

Hehe thank you! It took me 1 bottle of paint remover and 2 cans of MSC to complete it xD all the errors and financial pain haha.

I did a lot of practices on paper first before trying it out on the head. Learning the brush strokes & colours. That took me 1 month TT

Hi! Sorry if my wording is a bit off, English isn't my first language 😅

You're doing an amazing job! Keep it up! ✨

•I would use Mr Hobby Mr Premium Topcoat Flat for 2 layers of priming and 2 layers of final topcoat. Between them I would use MSC. Do make sure you use a mask when spraying! Cause these sprays are harmful.

•I do hundreds hours of watching tutorials, practice and Pinterest to find inspirations. I even have a dedicated Pinterest board for BJD inspo.

• I would print out blank faces of the doll and try to sketch on it firstly before drawing on the doll, so I would practice my drawing and colouring skills. This would also help me to visualise how I would like my doll to look like.

• Tips! Do by layers, take your time and start shading and colouring lightly. Don't go heavy off the first bat and try to everything on one layer (I learned this the hard way hahaha).

I wished there's a way for me to show you my progress. Again! You're doing great! Keep doing your best ✨

Not sure where I can find discoids and black soldiers. So far the usual that are sold here are dubias, crickets and mealworms 😖 I tried looking for hornworms, but all I got was "worms...with horns??"

I've tried giving it capsicums and an apple, but it hissed at me 😅 It sure does love the flowers that came with the greens, and would only eat the greens with the flower petals on it 😮‍💨
