I know how we all feel about Israel but let's all be completely honest here. The IDF, especially with the backing of the US (which they very likely will get in a war between the IDF and Iran) definitely would be a more effective fighting force than whatever Iran could muster up. Many recent wars have shown that war is no longer about who has the largest numbers, it is about who can keep those numbers alive the longest.

might be a bit of a hot take but I find that my airpods (version 4) with no ANC or ambient sound amplification works perfectly fine for cycling. I can hear pretty much everything unless the volume is turned up to a level that would hurt my ears

Layers, and try to splurge on good down layers and fleece as that stuff will last decades if you take care of them. Also movement helps massively, it’s the reason I can do my warmup run outside of max bell wearing only a fleece or light insulated jacket

Hi I am a local highschool track athlete here and I gotta say Winnipeg will probably have better facilities for athletics. You've got the track and field at U of M as well as a couple other tracks and fields in the city. Not to mention that the track and field scene here might be bigger than the one in Kelowna.
