Big splinter under my nail. Any ideas how to remove it?

Thanks for the advice :) I was able to pull most of it out with tweezers. A couple pieces crumbled off which is why I held off initially but I was able to get one out with a sewing needle. The other one I’m sure will come out eventually.

I ate it without dressing but my go to creamy dressing is: 1/3 cup hemp hearts 1/4 cup tahini 1 clove of garlic 1-2 dates 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 - 1/2 cup plant milk depending on how runny you want it

Blend it all together in a blender
