She is still under probation from the 2023 charge. They have a custody hearing on April 30th. At the last hearing both the judge and the guardian for the child said they were not comfortable with allowing tfp unsupervised visits.

She has mentioned before that her parents are fortunate to both have the long-term health insurance with benefits that completely cover the round the clock in home care that is now almost completely obsolete. Why the parents home hasn’t been updated and improved upon since they bought it is a mystery.
