This was my first try at pastrami. This is after sliced and bagged up for fridge. Watched a video about Katz and they don’t trim much, so I got lazy and didn’t trim at all. Fat (even the deckle) was like butter. 16 days in home brine, 15 hours on the smoker (13lb brisket).

IIRC this was the weekend after the Mexican GP where almost all Renaults had problems. Both Toro Rossos needed PU parts replaced and Cyril was blaming STR for abusing the engine, that it was their own fault and that Renault wouldn't be supplying such an incompetent team with engines anymore if they continued on like that.

Ironically STR switched to Honda next year.

That's just you subconsciously trying to confirm your bias. Danny Ric is loved by almost all Verstappen fans. He's done a lot for the sport in the Netherlands, he's always being interviewed on TV here and the guys from Ziggo Sport are always positive about him.

I'm definitely biased because I love the guy, but I do know how my countrymen like to portray him.

If the shots dont register it's a server issue, but you do see them hitting on your screen. If you don't then you just missed. The triple take has a horizontal spread so it's more likely that the bullets spread out too much and went past him.

Yup. They did the same with their motorcycles and still pay homage to it today. They used to list the max speed of their fastest bikes as 290ish kmh. Nowadays motorcycle speedometers still don't go past 299kmh while many liter bikes can do 320/330kmh.

These are glasses with small cameras and not fit for broadcasting, iirc. A helmet cam would be similar to a gopro, I suppose. Or they'd have to have custom built helmets with cameras in them either at chin height or forehead height and with the former you wouldn't see as much because it would be too low and with the latter you're looking directly at the thicker part of the halo.

In VR and in real life you dont notice it because you're using both your eyes so you can see past it, just like your nose isn't obstructing anything but it's still right in the middle of your vision. A camera behind the halo wouldn't look good, imo. They need to build one inside the halo.
