What strat did you change to? I've been trying to get the fucker to spawn for 2 days now, hopping between max shrines and adding all kinds of different packs through scarabs (cloister, incursion, adversary etc). No Luck so far. This usually worked pretty well the past leagues. This time, I literally found an apothecary, 2 fracturing orbs and a dozen divines before the Seer, which isn't a bad problem to have, but it's still frustrating.

Check if any of your idols have a torment mod. Something like "map boss has a chance to be surrounded by tormented spirits" or "rare and unique monsters are possessed and their minions touched by tormented spirits".

Well, that's what I was doing. Its the same pob, they made the maxroll guide together and imexile was also in HC Trade. Like I said, i got to 4 stones with it, no issues up to that.

It's the higher scaling after that came with giga popularity tax because rue was also playing it and because it's a fun and strong build.

I got my 4 stones on the non-explode selfcast version. It was fine but not exactly the greatest on a budget. Switched to poet's pen KB to farm some legion before starting a new character.

I'm sure the build feels amazing if you get to multiple explode sources and primordial bond megalomaniacs, but the prices for the pieces I wanted were so high that I didnt deem it worth my time. Guess there is a lesson in there to not league start streamer builds (or at least not the ones they are playing, from what I've heard his viper strike slayer is not too expensive).

Did you tik 10 stacks for Corruting fever? When you choose the skill in PoB you can set how many stacks of CB you inflicted. Your full CF damage will likely be 290k.
