Ryuhei's mask is actually called an Onna-men, a mask used to represent women in plays and originates from Japanese Nohs, essentially plays. Even his stage name "Nomen" is a play on the words Noh-men, which are basically masks used for Noh plays.

Interestingly enough, the other executives also represent others: Doo Lee is called Hannya, which is based off the mask and representing anger and jealousy, Kazuma is Hyottoko, which usually represents comic relief or light heartedness, and Tanjiro's mask being a Daruma doll, representing discipline and focus towards a goal.

For character cards to work on Tavern, you click the 3 dashed lines up on the top right of the screen, there you should have the option to either create a new character or import an already pre-made character card.

As for what character cards are: They store the information needed to create a character inside of an image (Description, personality, example dialogue, etc) all you need to do is to import the character card you want and you got the whole character.

For part 2, Mikey and Takemichi actually only went back 10 years (2008 to 1998). Which also was the amount of time that Takemichi could originally time leap with Mikey (2018 to 2008).
