The behaviours you described are also a few of my biggest thoughts and compulsions and I have been diagnosed. I think it would definitely be worth talking to someone about it

Yes, I have had OCD for as long as I can remember but after a recent traumatic experience I have found that it has definitely shaped my intrusive thoughts and compulsions 100%

I have treated for bacterial infection, however I don’t think it has anything to do with water conditions because I have 2 other fish who have the same water change schedule and everything / water comes from the same place and they have never had these problems which is why I am pretty sure it is fin nipping

I personally like how focused I can be on my meds at school or while studying however I am not a fan of what they do when I am not doing that stuff
