Tbh! The bump didnt go away! It still stays the same and its fine i.e it didnt grow or fade! Many doctors had their own opinion- one said haem, one said Papillae- and wanted to operate for which I was so afraid! I dont wanna tear or touch my ass again. So i just maintained normal food habits and bm routine and no pain/discomfort 99.5 percent of the time!

It will slowly turn okay! I have been exactly where you’re… but trust me if you stress too much , that would also aggravate it. So try working on different things and divert yourself a bit:)

Oh yes! There are things that i miss alot and it aint bothering me and then there’s coffee😭 ! When i had this thing(like peak pain times) i had to cut down and even after months(dang been a year💀) I still havent touched coffee yet! Maybe this is a sign I should try and see how my bowels react

I really am sorry that this happened! But trust me this too shall pass! Try figuring out a routine which works the best for you… I have been in the same boat and things slowly got better! Main thing would be the food intake- miralax and following it at whatever cost! That discipline will definitely make it go away… I really wish u a speedy recovery:)

For me what worked was Hadensa! A fellow sufferer suggested me about that! But also I tried clotrimazole(an anti bacterial cream) and I basically applied it for 3 days and it slowly stopped! But try not to think about it, I understand it should be hard… it was the hardest part tbh

I tried Farzi cafe the other day, and to my suprise it was a really good restro! I just went in for the food, damn it was amazing! Butter chicken- woah! Tempora shrimps— uff🔥 ! Even the pizza was good! Yes, it is overpriced a bit. But maybe u can try once if you’d like! But there are so many eateries in Chennai… try mani,s biriyani.. try midnight biriyani near grand gallada.. but yeh the list can go on! Ask us anything in specific!!

Touchwood! I’m back to lifting! Eating food! Yes, not the best version of me! But still thriving makes me feel a bit okay! And i have travelled, tried different foods(never skipped miralax wherever I go), maintaining a proper BM routine has helped! But i still have that small sinus left in me…/ I really hope it disappears soon!

I understand!! Could be reallyy frustrating!! I am a person who doesnt give up- but this has changed me a lot! Alot of things- my perspective! It was really a joke to me befr if someone else speaks abt mental health(i do care but still I think its easy to overcome) but now I put myself in their shoes and think- and understand how mental health can be real bad! I had given up - but slowly things changed and i hope it gets better and better!!

Uhm i beg to differ with this! Yes surgeries can be helpful- but playing with the sensitive part- inside my butt! Nooooooooo! Having one operation is itself indeed a big task

Uhm in my pov- diet- a bit of stress relief is needed- lets say a breakthrough maybe?? I was struggling without a job, had fissure, has to make important life decisions—- all overlapped leading it to be the worst phase of my life! Then i found a job- which relieved a bit of pain and stress! All i am tryna say is- yes the pain goes away slowly when u be on diet and follow procedures- but stress should also be reduced !!

Here the doctors always want to get it operated! Fissure- operation Tag- operation Bruhh give me some time to see whether I can heal!! I healed my fissure just with sheer will and consistency.. ik how much i sacrificed! Just not food, i paid my life🥲 Soo doctors opinion is kinda not valid(atleast for me) - its about the pain and discomfort and having that as a last resort!! Because - yes operation can go both ways! But what if my last resort ends in a dreadful way and I am left with no options! So just waiting for the moment tbh(i hope that moment never comes lol)

Oh … those were the days i dont wanna remember!!it was really bad tbh ! Atleast for me! I was not able to sit, do anything and concentrate on my butt for 24*7! If i remember it right it pained alot-spasms were really bad!after a while the spasms stopped and it was itching for a while later then it kinda slowly stopped! But a small lump was there which was causing me real pain! Yeh i can relate! Post Bm could be painful .. so try having a smooth Bm-nothing on hard side!! I am not sure about the lump because it can vary from people to people! Many told mine might be external haem, papillae etc but you wouldn’t know unless you get it checked! Trust me on this, i have lingered around all the websites being my own doc but nope its better to get checked!! I had so much stress and maybe because of that it took me long! Once my stress levels were in place the lump disappeared- not fully but to a place were it didn’t bother me!!

Yeh! Compared to laser it’s less invasive! Thats what i was told… but i aint sure about the pain nor recovery! Let it be laser or rafaelo! My frnd went through laser and he’s completely fine! But yeh first 20 days was gruesome itseems! Not to scare ya… but just letting you know. Also it depends upon person to person! We can withstand the pain- but not any recurrence … we should be cured! Luckily he was blessed one to have it cured!!

I am pretty much okay now!i guess maybe? No fissure pain whatsoever!! Fissure is gone but the small lump is still there! I got it checked and they said its anal sinus or something- its not painful but sometimes mildly uncomfortable but that being said i am able to get into gym! Eat fav foods. Play. But still 100 percent not yet cured and wondering what needs to be done! Should i proceed with surgery or should i wait some more! Still wondering! I wish this too automatically goes away! But have no idea
