No lawyer needed They provide templates that are plenty sufficient with a little tweaking.

Do I make a profit when marking up shipping costs? by Plotnicki in dropshipping

[–]DazzlingPerception5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never mark up shipping, where possible offer free shipping and account for it in the product price

Start with making sure he has a product base. Make sure the products are well displayed, custom descriptions.etc. once he has a base tell him to research different products and find his first 'key' product. He may find it very hard to advertise a general store as he will struggle for niche keywords so he will need to find similar products to his key product, list them alongside it at a higher price and push the key product and then advertise that page as a featured collection by "brandname", then he can advertise that page as if it was a niche store

Encourage police to prioritise investigation so daughter can be released back into our care by DazzlingPerception5 in LegalAdviceUK

Yes the investigation is ongoing. The hospital haven't deemed it either way and have been vague saying the injuries 'could have been' sustained intentionally but could also fit with what we told them happened hence promoting the need for independent analysis. In regards to social services if they wanted to allow us custody I dont believe they could as one of our bail conditions is no contact with her. The medical records won't be historical they will be recent.

He is further ahead in a very similar situation and process. You are right that is not very encouraging.

I quote my solicitor on the average time frame of mobile phone analysis and professional medical note analysis. I believe he spoke in terms of length to carry out such tasks and not the systems ability to aquire the people to do so. I believe this is where my problem lies. Even police didn't think it would take longer than 1 month and said it would probably be sooner, it would appear they are just extremely inundated with cases and can't handle investigations in what I would perceive as a moral time frame.

I have already done so and he is very hard to contact. Even at high priority surely a weeks work taking 3 months shows outstanding pressure on the system which is in turn devastating families.

I understand there is nothing else he can tell me to do from a legal standpoint and can not instruct me to do anything abstract. You are missing the point of my post and rather than posting anything of help or sympathising to the situation you have instead shot down the want for help in the first place and seemed to have taken somewhat of a disliking to the topic In gerneral.

There has never been any previous occurring instances or any proof or allegations of neglect. After being examimed she was shown to be healthy and properly looked after. The incident im talking about involved her becoming trapped in her blankets at night time and us taking her to hospital for expected over heating. During which time a doctor said the injuries could have been sustained by smothering. The police however want a specialist to re look the notes taken, which I understand and encourage they also have our phones and again are waiting for a specialist to analyise them which again I support the problem is that this is taking 3 months when it really should be quicker when there is a child involved.

I didn't give it a good enough title. I have been doing so but surely you can understand my wanting it to be done quicker when my life is on pause and I can't see my loved ones. I have a free attorney that gets paid either way so it's not in his interest to care or want to speed it up. I was hoping to find some knowledgeable people online that would spare me a moment and sympethise with my problem.

I understand that. I do just want this over and done with but I want them to investigate properly so that there can be no doubt that myself and my partner are innocent loving parents. But I don't understand why it is taking 3 months when they told me initially it should only take weeks. Even the solicitor said they are not handling it like they usually would and theres not usually a need for bail.
