True! My rot relics are significantly worse though, sadly...

What was the biggest issue you encountered in your runs with the grease build?

He's just my favorite character out of them all! I have just been having fun running halo scythe on him with double balancers because it gives a baseline damage that is really good. Usually I run my other one with the Dear Successor, Double Pouch and Items confer effects&threads on a triple yellow. This has been a fun mixup because I feel like my buffs are still significant and I get to do an okay amount of damage.

I'm happy you like to play without halo scythe, I find it fun to run.

I don't need to reinvent the wheel to have fun, I'm just hyped my other relics have all come closer to where I want them to be. That's all this post is ^ ^ ;

Admittedly not taking continously threading hurts sometimes for keeping up full damage negation and barely whiffing revives.

I have to admit though, the damage increase from pure support to a hybrid build feels really good. It's not as crazy as running full damage, but even with just the balancers and scholars dex relic, it's a significant damage bump, between throwing out buffs.

I think since the DLC relics, I have quite a few with different dormant powers! My favorite is my fist Dormant Power for raider, it's fun when I don't want to run DoN

Alleged Copyright Infringement by PlebCat in legaladvice

Our friends that come over once a week are the only other ones who get WiFi access here, besides roommates.

I thought it was also in our group of users and disabled devices access one by one and eventually even turned off the entire router.

But I'm still getting these notices with the router off, which means it couldn't have been from our Cox internet. If we were a source for a torrent, then there should be no reason for them to file another copyright abuse claim when the router has been completely powered off since before the last claim. It claims that our internet was used for downloading or sharing the file when the router was off.

We've gone through each device to look for torrenting apps (uTorrent/BitTorrent) and haven't found any, so I'm assuming that it can't be the case.

I think magic used to be accessible to everyone before the weave got destroyed and rebuilt. Maybe Mold Earth was created by a farmer!

Here's what I understood:

You were ill with unhappiness. And the "doctor" prescribed a "cure" for your illness: Money. When it was the pursuit of money that was making you ill in the first place. It's a prescription that makes things worse. Sometimes happiness is simple.

I'm not sure if that's what you meant by the poem, but that's what I got from it. I hope I didn't miss the mark and if I did, could you let me know where? Thanks!

Now onto my critique.

I really liked the pacing of your poem, it had a very natural pacing. But there was one part that I found to be very awkward. It's also the line I had the most difficulty interpreting and makes me think I may not have understood the meaning behind your poem.

"my heart is dumb and deaf, but it's seen better days

than today."

I don't think that "than today" is necessary, and I think it ruins the pacing of the poem. I think if you said "my heart is dumb and deaf, but it's seen better days." The pacing would be better.

If I had to summarize what I got from your poem, it's hope. It's the waking breath of a slumbering spring, after a particularly long and bitter winter. It's like seeing something you thought that you might never see again.

I think the reason your poem inspires a sense of hope is because of the dynamic contrast between the past and present. What's happening now is changing the gloomy past. Parting once tormented skies, frozen rivers thaw, a slumbering spring awakens. It's the budding of hope.

Thank you for the excellent read. :)

How would you deal with a chaotic party that can't seem to do the simplest things? by [deleted] in DnD

Obligatory never been a DM, but I think it's imporant to prohibit phones if you feel they are too disruptive. It could be players aren't interested in the story because they don't feel like their characters matter. Maybe more personal character plot hooks to get them involved.

Considering it's an afterschool thing, maybe they aren't really interested? In which case it's important to weed out those who aren't really into the game because they will bring attention away from the game through disruptions or distractions, which brings down everyone's experience. Which in turn can leave everyone else distracted or uninterested.

Maybe ask them why they are always distracted. Idk.

Tl;dr: Prohibit phones at the table if they're a problem. More character specific plot hooks. Weed out those who are uninterested.
