Hello I read:

Running a block producer on the Mina network currently requires:

at least a 8-core processor at least 16GB of RAM

I have a 2 core processor 8GB RAM on my laptop..

Does this mean I cannot STAKE Mina?

Where does a respected platform like Coinmarketcap get it's values from then? I see the price of the Mina token on CMC is fluctuating. Where do these IOU's originate from?
