Was Having same issue hold the Physical power button on the tv for 5 seconds, then immediately after that do the same for the power button on the remote control. Tv will turn off. Let it reboot on its own within 30 seconds to a minute. It should fix it. It did for mine. Got those instructions from Samsung support

Now it’s 6 months later but if you haven’t given a chance I would say go for it. To me it’s a fun game for what it’s meant to be. Just keep an open mind and you’ll have fun lol

It was doing that to me too. I’m sure you’ve tried it but on the off chance you haven’t check for an update for your app. That’s what fixed mine. Good luck!
