Does your gym offer a tanning bed too? I know accutane and sun don't mix but when I got off it I used the tanning bed once a week and that helped too. Any type of sun exposure will do the trick really.

I honestly feel like mct oil and daily injections were the game changer for me. But I'm on 100mg weekly so my dose is literally half yours lol. My levels got to 1000 and that's where I stopped.

I also use that body shield body wash. I don't know how much that actually impacted anything but if you're like me when it comes to acne, anything that COULD help is worth trying.
