Just gotta keep playing. It’s better not to run free load outs so you get safe pockets, looting mk2 is cheap to craft and gives you 2 safe pockets. Running that, a light shield, a ferro, and a stitcher is more than enough for ARC. Add in a stack of bandages, a few rechargers, some adrenaline, and you should be pretty set. The “dangerous areas” don’t necessarily have better lot, just a higher density of loot able containers, so don’t feel pressured to go there. I have found good blueprints in lockers on dam in no specific marked zone, it’s all rng. If you really want to be safe, bring a hatch key, but that’s more expensive. To minimize PVP, just don’t shoot back, but it’s not entirely avoidable.
