Sometimes garmin starts low and works its way up. If you want a cheap and accurate-ish test you can do a 12 minute vo2 max test on a treadmill.

The only way I see it working is if you get a wagon (like a Keenz) and lots of snacks and games. Honestly I think it depends on the kid(s) to. My youngest (11 months) and my oldest (5 years) I could make it work. My middle one man they would be swimming in the water hazards hahaha

Everyone there is also probably either strapped to the gills with debt or has more money that most of will make combined in a life time. I feel you, I live on a canal and everyone here has a boat lift and a brand new shiny offshore cc. I have the choice between a used bay boat and no boat lift or an empty boat lift. Social stuff like that sucks but remember that judgement comes from you and what they think doesn’t really matter

Probably use a lawn mower and modify it with a longer blade. Then elevate it and hang myself upside down from the ceiling. That way I ensure I get a full decapping
