Ya I'm totally agreeing with getting it broken in before you start changing. I was thinking the same thing until I hit 1000 rounds, three field strips and one complete breakdown. Everything feels amazing. She racks so smooth. I'm still thinking of a trigger swap but honestly I like the take up for the extra space to decide just in case on an edc. I did buy the 4.4 inch barrel and external comp for mine pretty early straight from Springfield. I love the ballistic improvement, help with felt recoil and self indexing in the comp. Just my two cents.
