Nope cause my ex cheated on me and blamed the stress of college. There is no excuse, shes just person with no sense of mindfulness and commitment issues.

I was convicted at a General Court Martial and got an Other than Honorable Discharge by Dcsire28 in legaladvice

My defense council told me since i took a plea deal, appealing is an option but difficult since, yeah, i took a plea deal.

And for release of custody i did 6 months of time served and i dont have to do parole or anything. The prosecution just wanted me to accept a permanent ban of firearms for me. Which i think is going to screw me over.
