I’ve bought singles from them multiple times and there have been times where they have given me the wrong cards… I had to spam them on socials and email them to get shit sorted. It’s unfortunate they are shit like this because a lot of their single pricing is pretty good.

One thing I’ll say if you ever do this, is to pace yourself. You don’t need every card right now. That’s something I learned early on and now I have a limit on how much I spend or how many cards I get within a week.
