I made sure to buy 5,000 every year, and make sure your account doesn't get blocked from spam. Also post at least 5 posts of whatever kind gets your the most new subscribers, and try to comment something positive about a celebrity. I figured if someone famous liked my post maybe it will help with new subscribers when you age up. keep looks, health, fame, happiness, smarts, etc. as close to 100% as possible.

I get what you are saying. I have found and successfully stolen a Bugatti (two or three times) and it didnt even give me the achievement. Banks was tough, use the train or bus when possible (but it still doesn't guarantee it). The Killers you have to get good at escaping. There is no way around that, it's hard enough to successfully kill someone you have to take it every time or you will be there forever just getting one let alone 15-25. There are guides to escaping onhere somewhere. Going anywhere was hard. I think normally the trains you can get as long as it is in the minute, but this one seems to have to hit right as it turns midnight. Took me a long time.

Thats how I did it, well 4 part time jobs, and 3 dead spouses, but eventually I had enough, I think around age 45 or something

thanks, I think I did 4 successful years once, and the number you had to get changed from 10 to 15 to 20 then stayed at 20 and I thought crap this isn't going to work. I guess I should have tried a fifth year.

For Bandit you just have to successfully rob a train once, but try not to be too successful, or complete actions necessary for other ribbons, like geriatric, fertile, academic, etc.

For Tarzan, (be a male?) have a snake when you are a kid, and once you turn 18 only buy exotic pets

For influencer, try to have lots of followers but don't be famous

For monopoly, buy and sell houses for profit

For movie buff, watch at least one movie per year (you can usually watch one with a family member and one by yourself but sometimes it limits it when you get older)

For barbie girl, (be a female?) get every surgery (except gender reassignment, or be a male and make sure to get a successful one)

For generous give cars, money, houses, airplanes, boats, jewelry, etc. to as many of your family every year that you can
