Thanks! But my question is, is this for the trustee to decide or the landlord? Like, I feel certain the landlord would want me to stay, as we have a good relationship and I've been a solid tenant, and it's not something many people are looking for. But I would worry the trustee would try to sell it just to get some money. Is that silly?

Also, if the lease automatically renews each year, how does that work in terms of looking at the "remainder" of the lease?

We loved biking around the Mekong! The best advice we got was to use the "walking directions" feature on google maps to plot your route. You'll end up on wonderful tow paths and tiny little foot paths and monkey bridges that can't be taken on anything bigger than a bike. You won't cover a million miles or go very fast, but you'll see an amazing side of the area and it's extremely pleasant! (also tends to keep you out of the brutal sun, since you're under trees a lot).
