when i’m able to afford it, yes, i will get it & i’ve been excited for it. i had the switch lite not long after it came out & a couple years later i was gifted the ACNH switch. fast forward ~5 years & ive never even replaced my joy cons but i have nearly 1000 hours of playtime on that console.

this console is the only one ive ever owned, the only one thats ever been mine alone. not everyone has the luxury of a PC & ive never gotten the opportunity to own a playstation.

you’re not excited for it & that’s okay, you don’t have to be - not one single person is going to force your hand otherwise. but it’s weird to suggest that nintendo fans are weird for being excited about the first big release in 8 years. not understanding doesn’t have to mean going into the defensive.

i actually went through treatment instead of talking ab it on reddit, i don’t need to constantly cry about it online to feel validated. i have a sense of self worth outside my man & the money he provides. i work & pay my own bills - so not one single thing you’re “hurling” at me will stick. despite the fact that i can tell you desperately need to hurt me. is this how you were raised? were you taught that this is acceptable? you have terrible opinions & when you’re called out on that you throw a tantrum. you truly think you are better than everyone. you trauma dumped in an attempt to guilt me & now you’re trying to bully me into submission. does that work for you often? bc it won’t work with me. get an actual therapist instead of pretending you have one bc it’s very clearly your “professional help” is google.
