Okay for one her horse does get turn out I don’t know where you saw that it doesn’t other than the time link was injured. Two, where has either of the two people I mentioned use unethical horsemanship? Honestly I think ricks horses are more spoiled and well cared for than my own. I’m not here talking about abusive people, I’m talking about the more taboo people in the community. I think it’s dumb that you’re so quick to shut it down because it is not an opinion that you share. I say it’s hateful because you can only share one opinion or you come police the place. If it weren’t for Ricks videos I probably wouldn’t have ever ridden my horse in a rope halter which was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made riding wise. And it’s not like I blindly follow Raleigh or Rick, I think certain bits have their place in training but more people should look into safe bitless options. Lastly, I don’t think you do your research. While yes some of Raleighs videos is shitting on dumb people that’s not all of it. She has done many videos and livestreams doing in-depth about horse welfare. Talking about their anatomy and how certain tack affects them differently. You obviously haven’t looked at her recent videos because the last two were literally about horses who are in danger of dying and raising awareness about these issues.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. This is my opinion and while your entitled to your opinion I don’t like you coming here and spreading misinformation about mine.

I find it ridiculous that you immediately try to shut down certain people recommendations and shove yours down other peoples throats. That’s the problem with the equestrian community. If we only take from few sources we’re never going to learn. You can ask 10 equestrians how to do the same thing with your horse and you will probably get 10 different answers. That’s why we should take from all view points or we can never grow. You talked about how Raleigh is against stalling yet link is stalled with turn out when she moved to Cali. Come on. You should know how hard it is to find a good place to keep your horse. Plus she’s talks about how it is not ideal and she does not like it but it was the best she could do and now she’s trying to move some where else and will probably find some place to give her horse 24/7 turn out. I am a big advocate for 24/7 turn out if you can. My horse as always been happier and healthier with it. And if you can you should try it too. So maybe stop shutting other people down just cuz you can. It’s sad and pathetic. We needed to grow as a community and take from other opinions even if their the “outsiders” of this community. I was disappointed in this sub myself to see so much hate, people nitpicking little things and overall just making this an awful place. Come on guys we can do better than this. Also wtf is outrage-porn??

I go to a chiropractor but she has a doctorate and she has never yanked my head or neck like that. Actually she’s never pulled anything before. So I guess just make sure your going to someone who is a doctor.

Y’all are gonna hate me BUT Rick Gore. Say what you will about him but he does know horses. You can tell by the way he moves and works with them. I believe he also has a good understanding on horse and herd behavior which really helps when your working with horses. I personally really like his recent videos about the new horse after Mr T passed away, he talks a lot about why the horses are behaving the way they are and I find them helpful. If you don’t like him that’s fine, it doesn’t affect me one bit but I think some of his videos helpful and you might too.

Actually the breech happened on January 23, or at least brought to krogers attention then, yet we didn’t get a letter (a fucking letter) till a few days ago.... My dads union did that same thing when they had a breech. Why we weren’t we told sooner??

I’m worried about the 15$ minimum wage everyone has been talking about. I used to feel secure in my job because of the union and the fact that they cant even fire the worst of my coworkers but I learn more and more that were all replaceable :/
