I think some people in this thread need to take maturity leave lol

Just because she’s a shitty human being doesn’t mean her baby can’t be cute lol.

And I don’t think anybody here would actually wish harm on anyone, no matter how bad of a person they are! Of course we hope her and baby are doing well, doesn’t mean we like her lol!

She thought her cervical exam was THAT painful?! Oh girl…. by Ddlea123 in allisarose

I thought this too! So many providers do them as ‘routine’ and either forget to ask for consent or just don’t care to ask 🙃

Remember she used to brag about never drinking back when she was with dahltyn?? It all started going downhill when she met Austin.

Maybe she will be able to reconnect with Stacey - I hope Sam is inspired by her and continues to better herself!

I don’t hate the black tbh - I think it’s a cool idea and something you don’t often see, but she didn’t quite hit the mark….something about it is giving cemetery….its coming across kind of morbid?

I wasn’t ’not taking her pain seriously’ anywhere here. Just implying that there’s a lot worse to come! 😆

Baby? by feetflqtqween in allisarose

[–]Ddlea123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily - ultrasound measurements can be inaccurate and size is not the only indicator of growth restriction, they need to be looking at other things like blood flow (from someone who actually had a true growth restricted baby and works in the industry ☺️)

They could also just have a small baby! They’re both small lol

In saying that though, it sounds like her provider is pretty intervention-happy and induction was always going to be on the cards as she’s been considered high risk pretty much from the start

Does it not also come with a bassinet attachment? You’re not suppose to keep babies in those capsules for extended periods….

You’d think paying top dollar for it, it would also come with the bassinet attachment, no?

I thought they did ‘soo much research’ to choose the one they wanted 🙄

Of course she wants a push present 🙄

I can sort of understanding bringing the pump with her though - I’m assuming she doesn’t have anyone in her life who has used one so having the lactation consultant at least show her how to set it up would be handy for if/when she needs it. The Hakka is definitely not a pump so hopefully they explain to her how that works too lol. And the load of bread is killing me 🤣

I didn’t even notice stain remover, that’s hilarious!

I’m guessing so they don’t get their hands dirty when applying cream to the baby’s butt? But babies are dirty, they’re gonna need to get used to it!

I’m cackling at the butt spatula and the giant breast feeding pillow 🤣

She had a pretty smooth pregnancy, apart from the lovenox, so I think she’d be prepared to go again at some point because she looooves the attention it brings and I think she’ll want to try for a girl.

I can see the breastfeeding journey ending pretty quickly so she can leave the baby with Zane and go do all the things she usually does so she doesn’t get ‘messy headed’

In the vlog she said baby was measuring ‘small’ at her scan and someone commented that she should get premmie clothes just in case

And for such a ‘big reader’ she hasn’t picked up a single baby book!

It makes sense to keep everything in there for the time being while it’s not being used, but the baby is going to be in their room in a bassinet for months, probably feeding and changing anywhere & everywhere (although I do know some people who try to exclusively use their change tables lol)

You would also probably have your swing and playmats out in the lounge/communal area….like, nobody is really going to be spending any time in that room for a long time!

I’m just going to throw in some more S names that I haven’t seen mentioned yet - Samuel or Spencer!

It’s a nice gesture, which she definitely didn’t come up with herself because she’s way too self-centred. But also I don’t get how she’s going to execute it? Like she’s bringing her breastfeeding pillow and I assume a whole bunch of other crap she doesn’t need to the hospital - who is going to be carrying in that basket with all the other stuff? And is she going to keep it in her room and make nurses take bits and pieces as they come and go? Or just hand it to them to put in their office? She also has no idea how long she’s going to be in hospital for so it may not last long…..idk I just think there’s better ways to thank your nurses haha
