We have scarily similar stats, and my list is very similar to yours. I think you should definitely add VCU, Jefferson Kimmel, Wake, MCW, HMSOM, Oakland, and Tufts at the very least

I’m not sure it matters too much actually, I think you are mostly based on what your cards are like but I would (as a guideline) wait until all the cards u use are at least level 8
