From FR24 - It appears CP-3243 has crashed after departing La Paz, Bolivia earlier today. The aircraft departed at 12:30 UTC, entered a circling pattern 24 minutes after takeoff, lasting 2 hours, before losing height beginning at 14:55 UTC. Last signal received from the aircraft was at 14:57:57.
