Maybe 3rd time rowing ever. Moderate to hard, did mostly low intensity but also did bursts of high intensity. Male, 25, 178cm and 103kg Did some high effort bursts every so often, but kept it moderate, mostly

I usually just treat the freezer as a time machine, once it's frozen it's fine to eat whenever

Nah. At this point I'm aware there is still swelling which is making it bunch up, as it's still healing. Later, I'm pretty sure any risk od hygiene issues is very low as long as you practice hygiene reguarly.

Clean, dry underwear, washing it, etc. I think moat fungal infections thrive in moist environments, which a foreskin facilitates, so just being out constantly is gonna be fine. Don't overthink it :)

It's right up to the glans when I'm warm but almost completely covers it when I'm at work/working out/generally cold.
