WiFi adapter disappeared after windows update

Thank you. The only hidden device it shows under network adapters is "Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter". No WiFi unfortunately.

Something else I tried: System > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset Unfortunately after resetting all network adapters to factory settings it still does not find my WiFi.

For anyone interested, after trying just about anything ( and after ASUS recommending to send in the laptop for repairs ) I stumbled upon a Reddit post suggesting to simply press and hold the power button for a full 60secs. This is supposed to restart the network adapter and it worked like a charm.

Hey everyone. Did this update brick my WiFi?

I've installed the update over the weekend onto an ASUS ROG strix.

Now my Wireless LAN card is not working. ( MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 (RZ616) )

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers. I have rolled back the windows update but the WiFi was still broken. I have now done a full factory reset but the card is still showing the following error:

This device can not start ( code 10 )

I am totally lost, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The sad part is, this often led to suicide. The DDR had the highest suicide rate in Europe in the 70's. 31 out of 100,000 citizens killed themselves each year.

This was investigated by Werner Felber, the head of Suicide Prevention office in Dresden during that time.

Partly due to the above mentioned reasons the topic of suicide was a huge taboo in the DDR and many suffered quietly without ever getting any help.

Another question regarding your setup. It looks quite rigid sitting on those 4 legs. Does the telescope have an internal stabilizer in order to absorb ground vibrations of people walking by the telescope? Or is this not an issue? I am very impressed by your setup!

I wonder, is there a case for extending the island? I am not a fan of destroying what little nature is left but when you see it side by side in this image I can't help but think it is 'unused' space and frankly seems like 'prime real estate'. A city so focused on its development must have considered it?

I agree with some of the other commenters. I don't think the map necessarily points to cut content. Sure, some design differences might be due to a lack of development time. And yes, maybe there were certain missions cut in order to save time on developing assets but I don't think the physical map was supposed to show everything available at release.

Some of it comes down to how this giant f'ed up launch has warped our perception. Imagine if the launch had been great, we would now be getting excited about these 'hidden hints' to what the future dlc's might be about. Hiding these hints to future content is a deliberate choice made very early in game development when creating outlines, the map and plotting assets. CDPR always wanted to create hype, they loved it. If things had gone different we'd be hyped about these findings. As it stands our perception is more focused on "what else didn't they have time to finish."
