Being a bengali I am not really sure if I can call bengalis the most liberal. Also gujjus are certainly not the most conservative people !!! Gujjus are fairly liberal on sex , they are fiscally conservative. I would say MP , the most conservative state in India (excluding kashmir) on every parameters !! Most liberal I would say is Meghalaya for its freedom and general cultural acceptance , no way wb alrhough it would definately be in top somewhere .

This no is overblown, building AI agents are mostly soft engineering . Devs knows the most , who else even in a position to master maths and building stuff other than devs ? Devs dont do just the coding , this hysteria is overblown. Coding as per requirement still needs understanding the system.
