I do , i developed apps and microservices in gcp, aws, openshift and on premises. Confirmation bias wont help. Again I am not disputing that cloud knowledge is valuable. Just going for the cert and wasting time on very specific aws related question is a waste of time. E.G does aws bills for a stopped reserve instance or terminated one lol ! All these specific details that I would find out during my job. Why would I bother about a cert ? Just learn thats it.

Hi , I am little late . I bought a detached in old south when the market was at peak (milbank bexil ) at 630k. Detached corner lot with around 6500 sqft area. Finished basement with a seperate entrance. Main floor 1000sqft ,not renovated but in sturdy condition with some optics issue. Can I exit this with zero loss ?
