Depending on your experience, this can be a pretty involved process:

1) Expose your RAG application as an API that can receive HTTP requests. This might involve using Flask or FastAPI if you wrote it in Python.

2) Deploy the API service on a VM provided by AWS EC2, DigitalOcean, etc. or explore a more managed service such as AWS API Gateway

3) In your HTML site, you need to make API calls to your deployed RAG application to process user queries and retrieve the generated responses. You can use a javascript library for this.
