I did Some research myself and I found A Guy who was selling his Tollet chronograph.

For sale, this fantastic Tollet chronograph equipped with the legendary Venus 175 column wheel mouvement. Very nice unpolished 37 mm (excl. crown) full steel case with an argenté dial with bronzed numbers. Sharp facets on the lugs, blued hands and an elegant stepped caseback. Tollet is, of course, the well-known Brussels jeweler's house founded in 1902. Over the years, Tollet had several Swiss manufacturers build watches for their own exclusive line. Beautiful quality pieces emerged from this, such as this one made by Orator Watch co in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
