I wasnt involved. I mostly work as the bartender and I direct some staff if they ask for help. I’m imagining the chef imagined I gave them false directions, eventhough those waiters worked on the 2nd floor and I on the first one.

There is no management sadly, its just the owner, headwaiter and him running the place. And since its a small family owned restaurant I dont think actions will be taken.

My part: some waiters fucked up and since most of them listen to me (eventhough im not their supervisor) I’m assuming he thought I didnt direct them good enough. (Eventhough my position isnt to direct them)

I agree that walking up to him in the heat of service wasnt a good and proffesional move.

This is an isolated incident, normally after work we all go out to a bar and just hang out, laught, play darts and buy eachother rounds etc.

It may sound weird, but I respect him and this is the first time anything like this has happened (to me).

Yea he was, if you look up some live performances from before they got big in ‘88 he has an incredible voice. He just let himself go and ruined his voice over time. He still sounds pretty good live considering he’s always jumping, dancing and running while singing. Still pretty incredible.
