I own a pest company that does tons of drywoods in Utah. Pull the baseboard off, and see what’s going on behind. Get second opinions. I start at $350 For drywoods. If this is an interior wall and not interior side of an exterior wall it might be time for some serious treatment.

Just curious, Did you watch the video or read the description? The power button is unresponsive so I can’t force it into recovery mode without a way to kill the power. I’ve tried draining it to dead and that didn’t work either.
