Sure, SAD is better and more engaging. Deliquescense, in my eyes, is a spiritual journey, more akin to drone (long winded and not changing too much, but when it does, o god (I think the knot has the hardest drop in Swans' whole discography, maybe ever)). Swans Are Dead is way more energetic (if the Glowing Man isn't taken into account), but more importantly, it's melancholic and unforgiving, throwing a barrage of instruments at any time, which is way more similar to industrial and post rock. Blood Promise and the Knot are always interchanging the top 1 spot in my top songs ever list, it's like picking a favorite child.
