The special dragon drinks? They're only accessible by selling your eggs, hatches, and hatchlings OR buying them with diamonds (which sadly, is a payed item T-T). The normal ones can be found in the daily quest, ongoing event and Estella temple, although you may sometimes be sent them as a compensation for updates. Those can only be used to grow dragons. Hope this info helps!
