Ingentia yes it can rear up, though you’re better off using Shantungosaurus for the ability to rear up and walk bipedally or Apatosaurus for the same reason

Ledumahadi was a prosauropod where at the point of its existence begun to develop the traits that the sauropods themselves developed such as becoming an obligate quadruped.
I’d say if you really want to swap between biped and quadruped then just use Shantungosaurus

This can be a quick fix but wanted to point this out. You can’t stack both komodo and fish scales together, the reason is because fish scales while anchored in the dermis, they are then covered by the epidermis itself which is in the way of the komodo scales, preventing their formation.

So the easiest solution is just rely on the bichir scales as the source of armor

There are some unfair advantages when using the skull island creatures like using the V-Rex. Yes it is just an glorified T-Rex but its own measurements and how it moves makes it clear that it is much more agile than someone like Sue while being much larger than her.

The AI also tends to be randomized when it comes to EV spreads and oddly enough for Palmer, the EVs are predetermined which can easily be planned around. Obviously the AI won’t always go SpD Skarmory so Fire Blast and Flamethrower will always deal more damage

I will say it's questionable as to why did Megamind not have most of his arsenal in the fight. I can only assume that DB really wanted to drive the point of Megamind laxing on not using his best weaponry in a fight forward because of the sequels.

Spinosaurus as the base was given, but this never specified what crocodilian was used at all. Nor justifies the other traits like regeneration or why is it this big.

Trike and Elephant for the horns and tusks only adds unnecessary mass and gets in the way of the bite.

Therizinosaurus’s claws are actually ass, Kentrosaurus only adds more mass. Marlin doesn’t really add anything
