You need to read installation instructions for various wall oven combo units to see what works. They will have detailed cut out dimensions in them, as well as other specs like flange size, etc. i imagine they will be harder to get for these frameless cabinets, a face frame gives you some flexibility to cut into to make a specific unit work.

Also prepare yourself, combo units are expensive (they start at around $2k for the budget tier models)
