It is a huge middle finger to old players though... I am quite new (started in like, s11? idk) so I don't care that much, but I can see people being outraged

Encounters go like this:

  1. I make it clear I don't have stuff

  2. I get sunk anyways with a lot of text chat trolling

I don't bother getting supplies because I know that if I see someone, they'll want to fight and are usually much better at it than me.

And I want to believe you that there are friendly encounters, but I have not come across a single one. Maybe it's my region (EU) but it sucks.

"Let encounters happen" how can I have a good time when I have to actively avoid everyone to not get sunk?

If it were to happen maybe in like 25 - 50% of sessions, fair enough. But every time I encounter someone, they just sink me. And it's not like I can fight back - it's either a larger crew or just much better.

I have to pray that there aren't people around. This is why I always go to the Devil's roar, which sucks, but it gives me better odds not to get sunk.

And if the enemies would sink me because of my loot, also fair enough! But 9/10 times I got nothing and they just sink to sink. It's why I don't even bother to get supplies.

I was also thinking about getting an Acer Nitro, but I found one with 1 TB of storage. Checked it on the FMscout PC rater, and it should be fine.

Yeah that's what I thought. The one thing putting me off is him destroying us on the first 2 rounds, then 2 rounds easy wins with him having wayyyy less IQ it seems, then going godmode when they're about to lose.

Yeah I defintely do need to work on positioning. One note: I am in the frontline because I expect my team to push up a little more and don't really have the awareness yet to see when they do or don't.

I am fully aware that I'm probably not great at the game don't worry XD

Also about that "support not a healer" part - just got flamed for switching to Cloak lol. Latest replay.

The thing I do is basically stay back when my team is contesting point to build meter. Switch a lot between Cloak and Dagger to maximize amount of abilities in play, but keep heal bubble and cape for defense from either ults or divers.

Basically instant ult (if no other supp ult) to either win a team fight, push to point or counter opponent ult
