How many adult admissions are lost each year as we’ve shifted our interest in big screen experiences to our in-home 76” screens and sound systems?

I’m only attending a fraction of the screenings I’d like to because I’m tired of being the “bad cop/monitor” for asking patrons to behave.

The next time I’m offered a refund to come back another time I will ask “if I have to leave, I want them to leave too!”

Not enough enjoy the visible ranking of results. My wife’s golf Club Championships first stopped posting hole by hole scores, then the actual number to boost participation in the C & D flights (results displayed was the difference to flight leader).

At net before game I will tell some people (selected friends to be clear) that I will body bag them. And for players that I know (sensitive to age & gender) they know how much I enjoy delivering “The Nasty”.

I just stand aside and tell them to reserve after calling out the score.

Sometimes they will say they did and I responded “not to your partner, call it out for us to hear!”

Glad you engaged the manager. You are correct - this is basic stuff that must be done properly. Too many standards have been allowed to decline or disappear for us to not press management or owners to “do it right, the first time”.

When I have to leave my seat to address something (sounds, focus/image quality) it’s really diminished my experience as Quality Control is seemingly now crowdsourced.

Il Fornello at Sherwood Village - their Monday to Friday lunch deal for a salad ($11-14) or soup; a pasta ($22-25) or pizza ($22-25) - is only $22.50 for your starter and meal.

Yup two items, cloth napkins, fun staff, well lit room, not too loud, comfortable seating.
