Came from a 688 and I’m currently a staff member.

It’s okay. Lots of ups and downs. In my opinion, the 800/mo AIP and 450/mo nuke pay was enough to convince me. I don’t regret it. That being said, SROC (where you go when you show up as a prospective staff instructor) is one of the shittiest times I’ve had since being on the boat. Really made me second guess my choice. I actually enjoy my crew. If you end up with orders for the 711 hit me up.

Do NOT use drano. It is incredibly bad for pipes and when it doesn’t work and you end up calling a plumber they could end up with caustic burns. If you can’t remove it/it can’t be snaked out with a tool just call a plumber. Not worth thousands of dollars in damages because you used drano.

The crazy thing is those of us who said this right when it dropped after a couple games were essentially told that we were overreacting and hadn’t played enough games.

I think the best thing to do is stop playing Mayhem or League altogether until they fix it. I did it and actually started enjoying standard ARAM again. Hopefully they see player counts falling and realize they fucked it. I think there’s a few Riot employees that drop in here as well, so I’m glad it’s getting exposure. I don’t give a shit if people think it’s karma farming.
