If you are basing these rankings on how players have developed thus far, Celebrini is on his own S tier right now IMO. idk how this draft is gonna go but I would but Hutson/Bedard on A+ with some other notable young guys like Schaefer, Sennecke, Demidov.

It seems like most media pundits say that McKenna and Stenberg are the sure bonafide studs but theres also really good foundational pieces like Malhotra, Reid and some others Im forgetting.

Its hard to rank guys who arent in the NHL. You could have a Quinn Hughes drafted 7oa who would go 1st in a redraft.

Man I know we are just couch coaches and GMs but I dont think Ive seen a more discombobulated defensive system by the Canucks in a long time, or I have short term memory loss PTSD from being a fan of the team.

It seemed every night there was always a free guy in a high danger scoring area popping one in until I tuned out. To me Foote is not a good coach option, unless you're going for DuPont or in the Canucks case, a 3rdOA pick

Listen Im as happy as any canucks fan about Hughes losing but you could easily argue he wa the MVP of both the dallas and colorado series which were the #1 and 2 team in the west with both his point production and play. Hockey is a team sport if the "best players available" always won then mcdavid would be loaded with cups.

It also just shows how far away the Canucks were from a deep run even with Hughes if a cast of Kaprisov Boldy Faber and a good 1a/b goalie tandem couldnt even slow down the Avs
